Rental Policies & Terms
- Calculation: Kilometers & hours are calculated from the garage to the garage.
- Extra Kilometers: Charged dynamically per kilometer beyond the standard daily limit.
- Driver Night Halt: A standard night allowance is charged if the vehicle is in service between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Rental FAQs
No. All toll gate fees, parking ticket charges, and tourist state border permits are excluded and should be paid by the guest directly during travel.
No. The driver's daily food and lodging allowances are fully covered under our rental tariff. Guests do not need to arrange or pay for driver lodging.
If the travel exceeds the daily limits, extra usage is computed at the end of the trip and charged as per the vehicle class rates.
